Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our products, shipping, and more.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Martha.com only ships within the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations due to the perishable nature of our frozen food selection.
How are the frozen pizzas and dough balls packaged?
All frozen items are carefully packed in custom insulated coolers with dry ice. This ensures they remain frozen solid during their 2-day transit. Please handle the dry ice with care upon unboxing.
Can I mix dry goods and frozen items in one order?
Yes, you absolutely can! However, please note that dry goods and frozen items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure optimal freshness. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
Are your ingredients organic?
We strive to source the highest quality ingredients. While not all of our products are certified organic, we work closely with artisanal producers who use sustainable, natural farming and preparation methods.
What is the shelf life of the artisan bakery items?
Our dry bakery items and flours typically have a shelf life of 6-12 months when stored in a cool, dark pantry. Frozen items like Pinsas and Dough Balls can be kept in your freezer for up to 3 months.
How do I return an item?
Dry goods may be returned within 30 days if unopened. Perishable and frozen foods cannot be returned for food safety reasons, but if they arrive damaged, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund. Visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
