We are delighted to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies.

Orders for dry goods and pantry staples are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

To ensure our frozen pizzas, pinsas, and dough balls arrive in pristine condition, perishable items are shipped via expedited 2-day shipping in specially insulated coolers with dry ice. These items only ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.

We stand behind the quality of every product we curate. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Unopened pantry items, honeys, oils, and spices may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on frozen or perishable items. However, if your perishable items arrive thawed or damaged, please reach out to our support team immediately for a replacement or refund.
